  One block from the Ocean. VERY clean and updated hotel. Staff excellent

  Room was 10x15 with a 6x6 bathroom. Not worth the amout paid speacially since the room was dated, the cable wasnt working and you can hear all neighbors.. the free breakfast included cereal , fruits and coffee. just a heads up its $30 for valet parking or $4hr on the street.

  Most people don't realize the high value of this hotel. The location is top-notch. It is in the best neighborhood on Ocean Drive across from the beach. Sure the inside is... lacking, but that is not why you stay here. You stay here for a sub $250/ night room south of fifth close to the beach. So bring your ear plugs, expect some riff raff, and enjoy it. Just don't expect the Hilton Bentley at a Motel 6 price.

  We needed a room asap as our airbnb wasn't working out. So we were happy to finally be in a clean , bug free place with a working tv. Well the first night we were there was a room that had a domestic fight going on very loud, slamming doors, screaming etc. this went on for some time in the middle of the night. Nothing was being done to stop the noise from hotel management. I called the desk and they said they heard it too. Okay then call the police or something we are trying to sleep. Next night, Im not joking, someone was playing music extremely loud and again in the middle of the night. We thought at first it was coming from outside no from a room down the hall right near the desk. Again, it went on for long time even after i called the desk and they told me they were working on it. We were not happy at all. Two nights in a row interrupted sleep and no concern by desk help. Other than no sleep the room was nice enough and we didn't have bugs so. Also, they offer a free Continental breakfast which was nice.

  Small room, smelled like pee. Front desk was nice and helpful. 3 stars because we got there late and went out to marshmello concert right when we dropped our bags off.
