  Absolutely horrible I went exactly one week ago and already had 4 twists fall out. I went to have them put back in and the lady asked me who did my hair when she is the one who originally did my hair. Initially at the appointment they were rude and unprofessional as they were when I went today to have the fallen ones replaced. I paid over 150 dollars for a service to have it not last even a week they are horrible women with bad attitudes and disrespectful when it comes to customer service and doing hair properly they clearly just want the money because I will never come back there and wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. Horrible.

  They do hair very good n they are so lovely u just go in n out.. I love them so much best in town..8

  They are the only people I go to...they are friendly and get you in and out, but hair washing is not included...they have a sister location off of Capitol
