Parking and children kinda bring the ratings down. I know, I know it's forbidden to talk about someone's undisciplined offspring but Christ!! I have 4 grown kids now, and mine knew if we were going to watch a movie you don't disturb others. I guess discipline only goes as far as the parents, if they even know the word? That's something else...

I LOVE this place. It's so nice. I like the pricing, the parking is a bit funky but overall okay. I just think this is a great place to hang out with your friends, or just have some me time.

Not every city enjoys the privilege of having a movie theater in their downtown district, not to mention a nice theater! This home to 14 screens provides comfortable seating and the convenience of being downtown near some eateries. For instance, Pizza 9 is just a block away. They will even give you a discount if you show your movie ticket stub from that day. The most beneficial aspect of the Century 14 downtown is the fact that it is downtown. This makes it central to most of the city and an easy place to meet your friends or that special someone.

Thus place is an Exelemt theatre, showing new movies for a good price. The theatres themselves are well taken care of and usually quite empty. The staff are polite and helpful and the environment is lovely.

I remember when this used to be the best theatre in town. It may not hold that position in my mind anymore but it still is a great theatre. The seats are comfortable and the armrests are movable, and the staff is as nice as any other theatre. It is centrally placed down town and allows for easy access to restaurants such as New York Pizza Department and Tucanos. The parking too is great as there is a large garage that validates and after certain times opens to allow anyone to park more or less for free. I hope sometime soon they will get the larger reclining seats and make something special out of this great theatre.
