  Horrible customer service. The staff there is just so cranky and was not willing to help deciding which wine was better and was continuously giving attitude and to top it off was hesitating to receive credit card payment! Go to another liquor Store at all costs.

  Spent $350 with my DEBIT card and the clerk decided that it was necessary for me to show my drivers license. He had the nerve to record my driver ID number. The customer before me (older Caucasian woman) used a credit card and the clerk did not ask to see her license. He explained it was because of "charge backs,"... He was insinuating I was going to rip them off. They were just rude, THEY WERE DISCRIMINATING. Disgusting, biased, prejudice nonsense. I thought the upper west side was better than this. Guess not.

  I've bought from this store for the convenience given that I live a block away. But staff is ridiculously rude. Shouted at me for checking out a wine rating online on my phone! Rather support people who care about their customers, especially the regulars. Not surprised to see here that my experience is not unique.

  Good wine selection. The liquor selection is definitely second to wine here. Not many liquor options.
