  I called Jay with Central Security last year for help with the home security alarm's constant beeping over the last several days due to its failure to communicate with its monitoring station. My alarm provider at that time (whose name I will not mention because we all know, bad press IS STILL GOOD PRESS) had failed to return my phone calls for 3 straight days! On the fourth, I finally reached a live person. The fact that I had just endured 72 hours of annoying beeping in lieu of actual security alarm monitoring seemed lost on each employee I to which I was transferred. Eventually, I landed at what had to be the sales department. I was informed that my security alarm system was very outdated and in need of replacing. To top it off, there was a $75 trip charge for any service call. Even though the trip was to service their own alarm system. I was so frustrated and offended! I am neither a priority for, nor a fan of these BIG alarm providers anymore!! So, I called a local alarm company hoping for any assistance I could get. And I felt better immediately upon reaching JAY PHIPPS with CENTRAL SECURITY. This young man was quite knowledgeable and sincerely helpful. He came out the SAME DAY, fixed my security alarm which had beeped intermittently for four days!! AND he completed this miracle within less than ten minutes!!!. He stated that he simply wanted the opportunity to try and earn my business once I was freed from my existing contract. He explained how he would continue to re-earm my business each month since there would be no long-term contract in place. It's been 7 months and I have to say he is there when I have questions and very helpful. This guy is really only a phone call away. Thanks Jay. I love the way you guys do business!! Keep up the great work!!
