  Don't go by the online advertised price. You will not get that price. They will keep you asking what monthly payment you want rather than honoring their own advertised price. Don't understand why put those prices online if they cant deliver what have been advertised.

  The best experience at a dealership I have ever had! My salesman was Xavier and he was FANTASTIC I highly recommend purchasing your cars from him. He is very friendly and will help any way he can he was so easy to talk to and understood what I was looking for. I love my Cadillac! Thank you Xavier.

  You would think for a brand that sells cars near the $100k mark, the service department would be on top of their game. Every time I drop off my car everyone at the service department is frazzled and running around with an attitude. The service absolutely sucks and no one goes above & beyond for the customer like other brands do. Only reason I've kept coming here for 2 years and putting up with this is because they are close to my place but there's plenty of other Cadillac dealers around town. Things were better back in the Stewart days.

  The worst experience I have ever had on buying a car. I drove 4 hours to buy a car and they gave me the run around. They increased the price after we had already agreed on a price so I told him and just like that price went back down. I emailed him all my paperwork the day before and confirmed with him that was all the information he needed to finance my car with them because he promised he would get me a better rate than my approved rate at my credit union. They could not give me a better anything there! He had the nerve to insult me after the copy of my pay stub did not have my yearly earning on it. THAT IS WHY I EMAILED EVERYTHING THE DAY BEFORE SO HE CAN REVIEW IT AND GET THE INFORMATION HE NEEDED. Apparently since I was in HR I should of known what they require at the dealership is what he said to me. ( I only gave them what they asked for) Salesman John Harrison said the car was ready and clean but it was all trashed out. I asked to speak to the Manager and salesman told me I had no business with the manager. I walked out after 30 minutes of waiting for the manager who would not come talk to me or salesman never told him I wanted to talk to him.

  Best Cadillac dealership in town! I leased my first Cadillac here a few years ago and could not ask for better customer service. They’ve taken care of all my maintenance concerns efficiently and with friendly service. I just leased my second ATS with Daisy and couldn’t be happier with my experience. She listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a car and price point that I was incredibly happy with. The sales people genuinely care about your needs and wants, and will work with you so you can get into the vehicle you desire. I did not hesitate to come back to this dealership because I’ve been so happy with my experience the last three years here. I’m looking forward to continued excellent customer service and a car I love!
