::the bbq was awesome, after the reviews I had pretty high expectations. it did not fall short at all.. the seating however was just as everyone says.. horrible.. I get it a popular joint, obviously not en6 spots.. waited I'm line like 20 minutes which is fast for what I hear.. as I was eating was asked to move so others could sit.. no a huge deal I guess but kind of strange.. if they want to control seating have a hostess... all and all food is worth all the other nonsense

::Holy Mother of God, this place is as good as everyone says it is. The beef brisket was heaven sent. My husband had no patience to wait in the long line to get inside, so we went to the to-go line. By the time we got our food, the line had moved pretty quick and the inside space is huge. We actually took our food to the park to eat and it was a free for all. The brisket was amazing, the ribs were moist and meaty and the bag of homemade pork rinds were BOMB!!! I wish I had ordered several bags. π The food was A+++, wish we could've eaten it inside the restaurant. π

::In my humble opinion, best BBQ in Memphis. I get absolutely full on a half order of pork nachos ON HOUSE CHIPS. I've had the wings as well and they are delicious. I recommend Central to anyone passing through Memphis. Service is FAST!

::Wow! What a great treat. We arrived at their 11 am opening time and there was already a long line. We ordered slab for two but one of the side dishes were wrong. I ordered BBQ beans but got pork rinds....the woman taking my ordered must have known that this white boy from the north would never order pork rinds so I am confident she made the substitution. What a fantastic meal. The ribs were the best of my life and the sides were all delicious.... especially the pork rinds! A definite stop next time in Memphis!!!

::Good barbecue all around, but the ribs stand out. Great pink color from being smoked. The meat is still substantial and hearty, despite falling off the bone. I am a big ribs fan, and these are some of the best I have ever had, no question. Even if you prefer something else as your entree, add three ribs as a side to taste β you wonβt be disappointed. Baked beans had some good, spicy flavor to them. Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Pulled chicken was also tasty, and others in my party spoke highly of the brisket.
