  This particular bank is super slow. Good customer service though. Wish they had a faster system for sure.

  Hates the online app, it's always something wrong with it. Plus why don't they have someone that can problem solve on the weekends it's sooo frustrating not to be able to check your balance all weekend if the app isn't working. This is a MAJOR issue that needs to be fixed immediately...Other ppl that use the app know exactly what I'm talking about..

  the bank is lovely it really is, but the website and mobile banking is 💩
