  Absolutely amazing place to stay. I would highly recommend staying at Courtside Condos to anyone who needs a reasonably priced furnished living place in uptown Charlotte. Center City Suites really go out of their way to make sure their customers are more than satisfied. I was shocked at how low the rates were when I saw how many amenities Center City Suites provides at their multiple locations. I travel back and forth to Charlotte very often for my job, at least 4-5 times a year, and every visit that I have I choose to stay at Center City Suites because of how easy and fast the process is.

  After numerous tries at getting a furnished house for my vacation, I was recommended by a friend to try Center City Suites and I certainly have no regrets. After contacting them, I was pleased with the top quality services I received from their staff and the endless miles they went to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I stayed in a comfortable and clean environment that was conducive to my lifestyle and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

  My boyfriend and I made a last-minute move to Charlotte last September, and Center City Suites was by far the easiest company to work with. Not to mention, the prices are way more affordable than most furnished corporate-housing options. We stayed at Silo Urban Lofts on W 10th Street. We had no problems with neighbors or the surrounding community. It was, overall, a wonderful experience. Everything in the apartment was in good condition. The owner of the company is great to work with, and extremely flexible. He made it easy for us to make the transition into our more permanent home. I'd recommend checking Center City Suites out before any other company!

  The management was great. Very accessible, and flexible to my needs. They ensured I was taken care of from move in to move out. Quick to reply both to emails and phone calls, and helpful with information about Charlotte in general. The suite was excellent. It was convent to downtown, had everything necessary to live there and was affordable. I spent the entire summer there, without a car (though more than ample parking available), and had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this for corporate or summer housing. Would definitely rent from again.

  Moved to Charlotte from MA, and the house I was buying fell through at the last second. Needed an affordable place to stay for a few months while I looked for a home and I was very lucky to find Center City Suites. I dealt directly with the owner, and he was able to move me into a condo quickly and seamlessly. Thought I was going to have to settle for a hotel or crappy apartment, but my condo had beautiful views of the city and quality furnishings. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a place in Charlotte. Great location and amenities, as well as excellent customer service. Thanks Center City!
