  Wed gone in to discuss some business as a client and from the minute you walk in to the the minute you walk out this place an extremely negative environment. Not a fantastic feeling at all. No one says hello, and the front receptionist is just as awful. No thank you! Very shady business practices. Visiting this place was such a huge waste of our valuable time and energy. No matter what we are visiting your office for, whomever we come in contact with at your office, we are a customer, and you've just lost many permanently! Your place of business has no customer service skills nor professionalism! How rude! The place is very unfriendly unpersonable people walking around (same thing as Community First Health Plans) who is affiliated with University Health System and this includes when you come in contact with the direct supervisors. Beware of one name who begins with a "C!?" We can see why interaction preferred behind those closed doors (Sociopathic tendencies highly interested in own needs own desires) perhaps a bit discriminatory as well, definitely biased. In particular one to watch out for is this one, her description she is tall about 6'4, a White lady, and walks with a limp. We can see now why everyone runs out of there! horrendous! So nasty so rude! First impressions are vital and this business doesnt make any effort to make it pretty. If this is the face of Centene aka Superior Health Plan no thank you Ill just take all of my valuable business elsewhere and I do mean all of it! Opression of its employees. Undue stress. Mental stress. No one bit impressed during our site visit. We can't imagine what your current members have to go through over the phone, etc if this is how horrible our in person experience was during our visit. Horrendous! Were so glad that we have never chosen your health plans! Superior and Community First Health Plans same shat!   This insurance takes long to take action or approve referrals switching to another insurance !!

  Great company to work for. Their benefits package is afforadble and they offer plenty of free ones even for my family members. Superior has so many departments, not only here but across the US so you can move up or move around. I can actually say this is a career and not a job. Proud to call this place, my company!

  I miss work. As soon as my baby its 1 and it's time to work again I'm going to apply here again. it's the best place I've ever worked for. I love everyone. Supervisors, managers, trainers and co workers are nice.
