  If there was an option for a negative rating, I would use it.........almost impossible to get thru..RUDE receptionist..not willing to listen of help.... They should be disbarred.....awful awful firm

  I have been trying to get in contact with someone from this office for about two weeks and I'm always put on hold for about an hour. I finally decided to select a different option to see if I could finally speak to someone and their receptionist picked up and she was incredibly rude and even hung up the phone on me. I don't know what kind of practice these people are running but it's a shame that potential clients and people in general are being treated this way. Their receptionist needs a course refresher on phone etiquette and social skills. Her attitude is horrifying and from the look at the rest of the reviews everyone else can agree.

  If i could give them a ZERO star I would!! Terrible Company and the receptionist is unprofessional and rude! They continued to send me collection letters for full amount even through I have a payment plan with hospital and I make my monthly payments. They are unorganized !!!!

  In my company, we offer software to Attorney offices that help them go paperless, automate data entry, and make it easier for them to retrieve documents when and where they need them. When I walked in asking for an appointment to see if I could help, for some reason the Receptionist thought* I was trying to sell them a printer or some office supplies, soliciting. She was incredibly rude, angry and disrespectful beyond words. She yelled at me and treated me like I'm worthless. I informed her that she may be hurting the company by pushing people away like that. As I walked away, I apologized for angrying her, and she threatened to call the police if I ever showed my face there again. One of the attorneys had to come out and calm her down. I'm sure the attorneys are great...but i promise you, even IF my friends, or I, ever needed legal help, I'd never refer anyone here. People don't deserve to be treated like that - customers nor potential partners.

  Henry Walentowicz did a fantastic job, he is very knowledgeable and always addressed any of my concerns. His assistant Monika was also very helpful and prompt to any of my needs.
