  Cee's Fried Chicken was seen at First Friday 7/7/2017. A buddy of mine had just put in his order before I ran into him. Told me he's waiting for the order. I walked over to Cee's to check it out. At the time every other vendor were already selling their food. However, Cee's didn't have anything on display. Nothing under warming lights let alone a sample plate. Finally the order came after a excruciating fifteen plus minutes. I overheard they eventually gave a side order of fries to compensate for the wait time. My buddy said chicken was too dry and crunchy. Fries are standard crinkle cut fries. He ate about 3/4 and the rest went into trash bin.
