I can't actually speak on how good the haircuts are here because I never actually got to that point. I walked in and the stylist was working on cutting a woman's hair. No big deal, I have a little bit of time to spare, so I sit down and I wait. The stylist barely even looks up at me and does not acknowledge me at all. She doesn't speak to let me know how long it will be or even greet me. Nothing. She's taking her sweet time on this woman's hair and is chatting with her in Spanish about nothing in particular. I wait for 25 minutes and the stylist has still not spoken a word to me or looked up at me at all. I walked out.

I came to this hair salon on April 30th, 2016. The reason why I came is because I had a bad Balayage from another salon on April 28th,2016. The hairdresser who had done my hair ignored me when I tried contacting him about fixing it. The Balayage was supposed be a little bit of blonde, but the hairdresser had basically bleached A bunch my hair in big chunks. It definitely didn't look like a Balayage. As desperate as I was I came here because a friend of mine had recommended I go. I walk in and explain the whole balayage situation. I told the lady, I want to go back to my natural color or at least very close. My natural color is a dark brown. I wish that in that moment I would of shown a picture, especially now that my hair isn't how I wanted it to be. To shorten the story my hair came out black and she said that in a few washes it would come out. Let me repeat A FEW WASHES. She never said in a month. So I decided to just leave because I trusted her. Let me mention she charged me 70 dollars JUST to add color. In that moment I was so desperate I didn't care. My friend's mother said we were overcharged especially because she didn't use any other products such as a bleach wash. On Monday my hair was still very black. I felt angry because I paid 70 dollars for something that didn't even turn out to be how I wanted it. I call the store and tell them. The owner Ceci said she could fix my hair but she would charge me for the products used. I understand that money is invested into those products but the lady who had done my hair didn't do the color I wanted. I told the owner how I paid 70 dollars and she was all like you weren't overcharged your hair is very long it's to your waist. Let me tell you my hair is very thin and barely past my shoulders. I told her how that wasn't true and then she was like oh well she used 3 boxes. My hair is super thin, why on earth would 3 boxes be nessacary? Anyways Ceci said she would speak to the lady who had done my hair and see if she would pay for it. She said she would call me around 8 or 9 that night and thought that was fair. She never called so I called the next day and asked what had happened. She said that they would not charge me and that I could come in on Thursday at 2 PM. Thursday comes around and let me tell you I have never felt so humiliated. I walk in and Ceci examines my hair. I showed her pictures of my natural hair color which is a dark brown and she said the color of my hair now definitely doesn't match. I never told her that I had shown the lady a picture, all I said is I showed her my roots which were the color of the picture. The lady comes and she told Ceci my hair color and roots matched (which I don't agree). They humiliated me in front of their customers basically implying that I'm a liar and that my real natural hair color is black. They said a bunch of things that truly made me feel bad and they were raising their voice. I don't think this was right. They said they would charge me to get the color I wanted. I felt humiliated enough and I walked out. I felt that they were very rude and truly do not care about their customers. If you want to be treated with poor customer service, by all means come here.
