  I highly recommend this fabulous company! When I first called I was looking for someone who could service both my indoor fireplace and outdoor gas grill. Since they were unable to do both, they graciously took the time to find a number and recommendation of someone who might be able to help me. I soon learned that wasn't really an option, (these are two very distinct jobs that don't cross over) so I called them back to schedule my fireplace repair/cleaning. Melissa was prompt, courteous, tidy and thorough. She did a wonderful job and CDR will be my go-to for any and all fireplace needs in the future.

  Melissa was the best! Very professional right on time. They were backed up on service calls but it was well worth the wait. Will be replacing gas logs soon and won’t go anywhere else.

  Melissa and CDR have always been prompt, and courteous. Most importantly, she knows her stuff when it comes to fireplaces! She solved my issues after two other companies failed and I’m a happy customer.

  Melissa came to our house to service our gas logsets and she did a phenomenal job. She also gave us great advice about the issues we had been experiencing.
