::They don't always have what I'm looking for, but the owner is very nice, and his staff is very helpful too. Always fun to browse in here. I'd like to support local businesses like this more, but if they don't have what I'm looking for, I end up at Pop's (another local business) or unfortunately a big box chain. I hope CD Central continues to thrive. Every city needs a place like this. They put on great events, and they are great hosts for things like Record Store Day. I've been shopping here for almost a decade, and it's great to see the place evolve to carry a little more vinyl than they used to. They also offer fun promotional items that other places don't for certain purchases. Please support this place as much as you can!

::The best locally owned music store left in left in lexington. The staff and owner are nice as could be and don't mind actually talking to the customers. They had a store mascot for many years may she rest in peace in doggie heaven. They have great selection of all sorts of cd's and vinyls new and used resonably priced. They even support local bands. A really cool place to check out for music lovers in lexington. Even if you don't buy anything this store is worth the visit. KEEP PHYSICAL MEDIA alive!

::Very good selection of new and used CDs, as well as vinyl records and books about music and musicians. Also some turntables, headphones and other listening paraphernalia. The older clerks and owner are exceptionally knowledgeable.
