Went into the store today, first of all it was not busy at all. Salespeople were more interested in talking to each other than helping me out. Which has sadly often been the case at this store. Second, I had gotten a CB card awhile ago as I've bought a new house, slowly getting new furniture. I earned rewards and twice had issues with autopay, so I finally cancelled my card. On the rewards certificate it does not specify that you must use the CB card when using. The guy at the store tells me I can't use it, but I should call in and maybe the card folks can help. The card folks tell me the store folks should be able to help. As I mentioned earlier, the salesperson was more interested in talking to his co-workers than even seeing if there was something he could do. You've lost a customer!!

Came in on an afternoon weekday - I was literally the only customer in the store. Staff did not acknowledge my existence the entire 20-25 minutes I was in there. They continued to have the conversation they were having at the cash register the entire time. I was in to check out some things I had seen online to see if I would like them in person. Ended up buying nothing.

Horrible customer service, can not get them to deliver the furniture. I have now spoke to them 4 times. If you need your furniture delivered in any reasonable time or on a specific date, good luck. Try another company that has a CEO that know how to run a business.

Horrible customer service. The staff was completely aloof and unhelpful. Maybe they are making up for a lack of knowledge ...

It's got some good stuff. Other items look and feel cheap. Staff can be unhelpful. We've ordered items to the store and when we go to pick it up we're told it's not there, but then we realize we have emails saying it was there. Not sure why they can't find our items. We bought a tree stump from them and when we picked it up a big chunk was missing and both ends were scuffed, like it was used. When questioned they said it wasn't used and agreed to switch it but it would take 5 weeks to get.
