  Just sat on hold for 15min and decided to listen to the little "hold announcement" that I don't have to wait on hold if I order online but failed to mention that online orders are card only. When I called back I was immediately placed on hold again... Truly disappointed at the lack of customer service presented by the best pizza place in town. I'm only giving y'all a 2 because the pizza is always good, but y'all gotta do some customer service training.

  Cataldo's has some of the best pizza in town. Their dough is excellent, they use high quality cheese and toppings. One of the things that makes this pizza stand out is they have some kind of magical garlic butter they put on the crust that is the stuff dreams are made of. One of the factors that keeps me coming back is that I can order this pizza for pick up online. I absolutely hate awkwardly calling in orders to places when I don't have the menu right in front of me. I don't have to do that here. They also have their weekly specials available to order online, so I don't have to have some kind of insider information to know that I can get a special on a certain day. They also have very reasonably priced giant slices for lunch. The actual restaurant dine in seating is ok. It's nothing to write home about, but on the occasion I do eat there, it is always clean.

  About 1/2 inch worth of lettuce is a 4 inch deep container, absolutely the worst amount of lettuce ive ever gotten from here and I am extremely dissapointed its literally about 1/4 cup of lettuce if evem that much!!!! >:(

  Always friendly and helpful staff. My favorite item is the potato logs with ranch dressing. By far, the best in town. Make sure you sign up for texts because they do send out coupons occasionally.

  I think it was excellent pizza! One of the best chili verde pizzas I've had hands down. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because the pizza was not cut all the way through. When we attempted to take a slice the cheese and meat slid off and the pizza ripped.
