  Friendly staff, they were helpful and seemed very comfortable with their buisness, knowledgeable and professional. The store itself is well stocked, and even though the neighborhood around there is a bit sketchy depending on the time of day, once I was inside the store I felt totally at ease. It's a nice setup, I found it to be more welcoming and comfortable than the previous location they moved from. A+

  I have been here twicr. Once Vita helped me and the second time Sarah helped me. Both are wonderful people! There is actually a Lover's a lot closer to my house but I took two buses specifically to come to this location! Wonderful staff!!

  The staff here were so friendly, funny, and awesome. I was so impressed by them...thanks, Chantel and Emmanuel! They even have certified organic lube...I just started laughing. Very Seattle.

  The place is clean, well lit and very helpful. Vita on particular helped us find something fun and spontaneous. Vita was very easy to talk to, professional, answered all our questions and helped us find a great product all without being pushy. We had stopped by the day before just to check the place out and all the staff is friendly and easy going. Would definitely go back!
