  I ordered a dagger about 1/2 months ago and still have not gotten my knife, they say it will only take 2-4 weeks but it still has not come and it has been about 6-8 weeks already

  my husband got his family crest and history for his dad for fathers day and it was truly great!

  My sweet husband bought my family name history from disneyland as s surprise $27.00 for 1 paper. Problem was its not my family. They sold him a family history from Germany and my family is from Wales England. No refunds or exchanges an hour later with receipt.

  (Please read update at bottom!) I am writing because I am rather upset and highly disappointed about the Castle Heraldry Shoppe. My Fiancé and I found this shop during our very first trip to Disneyland. We were so excited to find a magical little shop which promised to make for my Fiancé a hand embroidered family crest. We have been searching for quite some time for someone who could custom design his Nobel family crest. The crest was not found in the shops database, but we were able to send the only picture copy available via email to the shop owner. We were given a date of six (6) weeks from the date of purchase from the lady in the shop. We have just stumbled upon the 17th week since we shelled out hundreds of dollars for this crest. I did write to John the 9th week and asked him the status and he explained that the crest was going to take 12-14 weeks and maybe a little longer. I guess 3 weeks tacked on is the little longer part? Additionally John's wife informs me that the company whom usually creates the crests did not wish to complete our order. Without consent they sent our crest to another company. I was concerned about the transfer of companies because this Nobel crest is neither available nor viewable to the public. It is a very important and historically significant Russian crest which took us many years to find for our family. I am mostly upset due to the confusion of completion; my Fiancé was given the same time line of 6 weeks. He is in the military, and has since been deployed overseas. I was hoping to have the crest hanging on our wall for him to see when he comes home. Now that this problem has arisen, I don’t think there is any possible way to get the crest in time. I have since read all of the reviews I could find on this shop, and I am not the only customer who has had to deal with their miscommunication and the lack of customer service. I thought Disneyland was supposed to be the happiest place on earth, I am down three hundred and seventy six dollars and I am highly disappointed that a shop at Disneyland lacks the same high expectation of performance and customer service one would expect from Disney. UPDATE: It is now April 4th, 2013 Heraldry shoppe was unable to complete my order. I contacted Disney several times and the General Manager from Ancestry called me in order to fulfill this order.... they are also unable to complete it as of today. I ordered this piece June 6th 2012.... I am beyond frustrated.
