  We engaged this fabricator as referred by home depot. Our job was to custom fabricate a beautiful white quartz, all measurements were given on a total square footage basis, including the number and size of holes to be drilled. To this point the service was good. Initially, we were quoted a, what we felt was a fair price. We then brought our product to the facility for final measurements. We were requoted a price 50% higher, ultimately negotiating somewhere in the middle. We returned to pick up and pay in full about a week later. Upon installing the product, we found that one piece had be repaired as you can see the glue lines on the bottom. Not a huge deal, but we paid full price and received a repaired product. Next we noticed the material was warped, this creates an issue as we are unsure if the warp will correct itself or not, only time will tell. The biggest issue was that one hole was drilled one inch off, ultimately, this piece unusably. We will be using another fabricator going forward.

  The owner Sal is very rude and not professional at all!!! He wasted our time, he told us to go all the way to Edison to pick a slab, when we returned to his office to agree on pricing, we was irate and told us this is the price if you don't like it leave!!! As in any business clients ask for the best pricing, you have to communicate with clients with respect, please don't act like a fake, cheap Italian wanna be mob boss!!! Advise to all clients STAY AWAY from Castel Tile, they might even take your money and say good bye!!
