Ben is amazing! He takes the time to get to know you if he can and genuinely cares that you have a drink you like and that your experience is positive. I had Eagle Rare and Four Roses single barrel and each time he brought the rock in a separate glass. I ordered garlic parmesan fries and had an accident with the ketchup/BBQ sauce and he just laughed with me and took it in stride. The ambiance is very nice without being too uppity, but it still demands respect. Classy. Everything about my experience was great. Will definitely come back

Great BBQ options, house made sides and very generous portions. Whiskey your thing? They got'em and have flights available if your into sipping. Great lunch menu that gets you back on time. It does get busy so be prepared to sit next to someone or wait. Awesome service from the staff.

Good family place - crayons and paper tablecloths for drawing. Chicken thighs were great. Fries were good but missed greatness by being soggy. Similarly, the burger was good and has great potential, but was overcooked to a uniform gray. If these kinks were worked out, I'd be voting 4+ stars.

Management needs a wake-up call. They open the back door to let the 40 degree breeze roll through because the kitchen is warm. This causes several tables to bundle up as if they were dining outside on picnic tables. And just in time for dinner they're out of chicken, pork and brisket... so "Your Barbecue Spot" had no barbecue... at 7pm... on a Saturday.

Cask & Trotter is amazing! When we first moved to Seattle 3 years ago, we lived close so would go there often for food/drinks. So when we were getting married and on the hunt for an after-party location, Cask & Trotter was top of mind. We reached out to see if we could bring our group there after the wedding and they immediately said yes and were incredibly helpful working out the logistics and timing. They had the restaurant available for our group and bartenders working later than usual to keep our guests out on the town longer than we could have just at our wedding venue. They were super friendly from start to finish, and I truly couldn't recommend them enough. They have a new event room as well for larger groups that is really neat! Whether it for an event or just a night out, I would highly recommend Cask & Trotter. Their food is amazing and their staff is always so helpful and nice. We love it there!
