  We went two days ago and the new store manager ( I Believe Guy name is Jimmy ) is very unprofessional and don't know how to respect to customers. He never listen to customers and they do whatever they want. He wants to steel people stuff/money and act like owner of the store :-))) cash America Top Management please read this message .. Don't keep this type of people in your store and please fire ASAP. Its not nice for Cash America reputation and you will loose many many customers. I saw so many people got angry with this man and its not good for this store and company name. Please fire this man and keep good stuff if you need good Business.

  The worst place the employees dont help at all..i need internet to log off a ipad and the managers jeffrey castillo said that he dont know no password for internet and the girl she was so rude and she dont even help just keep saying that we already close but no move a finger .i hope they do somenthing with them they dont even deserve one star

  Worst pawn shop ever first off I went to go pawn my keyword MY PLAYSTATION 4 There and they couldn't find it under my name so I had them look it up under my brother because he was with me and what do you know it's under his name and not mine even though he wasn't the one who gave them his licenses I gave them mine now they won't give me back my PlayStation even though they talked to my brother about it and they still refuse to give me my PlayStation back

  Doofus that worked there swore my Xbox 360 was only a 4 GB system even though I bought a 150 GB hard drive for it. He opened it and said I was lying, when I asked if he could just turn the system on so I could actually show him through the settings, he refused and called me a liar. Great way to start off a new store. Never ever EVER going back to this pit of snakes again!
