  I came four minutes after the store was closed to make a payment for what was the last day of my grace period. I had never been to this pawnshop and I got lost trying to find it. I know, it's my fault I waited so long, but why can't they help a customer out? Four minutes? I have worked retail my whole and have made concessions for desperate customers. They still had customers in the store and tried to say they already put away their drawers. It's outrageous. But, I guess they have the power to be unyielding and uncaring when they deal with people who have no where else to go. Thanks a lot, Cash America Pawn. Way to show humanity.

  Omg I just went in there today and I never write reviews but I had to. I saw this ring that was on sale for $140 and I really had my doubts so I asked and sure enough they had made a mistake. I wasnt upset or anything but Ethan offered to check to see what was a better price. Original price was $529 and he surprised me saying Cash America would honor that price. I also wanted to say ive gone in there other times and they have great customer service. Employees always greet and always willing to help.

  They never answer the phone and when they do they immediately hang up. The service is lackluster when you walk in the door and they treat you as if you have no idea about the item you're bringing in to pawn. Terrible.

  They are very rude they don't know how to treat their customers one girl there always have an attitude I don't see what could n so bad that every time I come in she is always rude so I stop going there and I see I'm not the only that feel this way about this store new workers I would suggest or teach them how to respect n be very helpful, satisfy a customer ....new management and new workers except for the men the men there are helpful n polite it's the women working there have poor customer service

  This place is great. I won't go to any other place if I ever need cash quick. They have given me way more on my items than any competitor. They always have a great selection of inventory to buy as well and for good prices. I have bought several things from this store. The employees are all nice and attentive in my opinion. I don't know about 2 or 3 years ago but right now I don't have a negative thing to say about this place. Check it out for yourself!
