  I have a really bad experience in this store a bought 3 rings and they were mark as 14k and when i go home i check the rings and they were 10k when i go back to the store the manager "Mohamed"was rude even know it was his fault. The employees are great but managers bad. "Checkyour staff twice before you buy it"

  Bought dvd player/ blue ray player was told to buy warranty just in case so i did and guess what took it home and the sumbytch dont work. I thought they checked these things before they price abd put on shelves... Power works...dvd player doesn't going back for refund today and bot going back here

  Great Customer Service From Eric! My Note 5 was stolen and I had called to see what their process or other pawn shops do to ensure a phone isn't stolen. He walked me through the entire process even though I wasn't a customer of his! Saved me much trouble and time of going through and calling pawn shops looking for my sprint phone.

  James the Store Manager, who took over, after two other Managers in one year, were not doing their job, properly. James team, is excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable . I find, shopping at their store a pleasant experience. Last month, I purchased many clearance heavily discounted merchandise over three days, during that time, every customer was treated graciously by his staff. His assistant manager, is beyond excellent, supported by Veronica and Angelica who know computers superb, helping all the customers. Especially, James #1, his assistant, great young lady, is or was, super patient with me, as I can be demanding at times. Never once, was she flustered or distracted, by my constant questions, I appreciated her help, very much. Great store. Great people. 5 stars....
