  This Cash America is one of my favorite stores. Kristina, the manager, and her assistant Craig always goes out of their way to treat you well, and her staff are too notch people. I have purchased many, many items from this store, and I have always been extremely happy with all my transactions here. Michael, one of the employees, has always been personable and helpful, and they all greet you like they are glad to see you. And if you need help with carrying out any items purchased, they are more than happy to assist you. I will continue to shop here for years to come.

  I went to Cash America Pawn to pawn my weed eater that is less than 2 yrs old. This person Michael who was the one who helped me refused to pawn my weed for two reasons one i went over his head and ask the manager if i could pawn it and she said yes and 2 he said he knows weed eaters and that he worked on them and mine doesnt work properly;;; He wasnt even pleasant however i took my weed eater to a professional place to have it checked out the tech told me straight out that there was nothing wrong with the weed eater and that you have to read the instructions on the machinery.. The tech said whoever told me that it didnt work apparently doesnt know anything about weed eaters that if he did he would of read the instructions and know that a weedeater cannot warm up just idling.... So i took my business to another pawn shop and had no problems.. I still have things in the Pawn at Ne 23rd and will have everything out by the first and if i ever go back there this person Michael will not be helping me ive done business there for a long while now and will not tolerate being treated like that. I have had no problems with any of the other employees but i will not do business if i have to deal with that idiot again...

  The staff here is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they do the best they can with the items they receive. Items on the floor are always competitively priced, although the shop itself seems smaller than average.

  I have only been in this location to shop / purchase. I cannot speak on the quality of service if you are pawning or selling items. But the store is always in pretty good shape, fairly clean and the staff was always able to answer or find any questions I had.
