  Great ice cream shop! Lots of flavors, very clean and staff are a little friendly. Ice cream scoop could be bigger and the coconut ice cream has barely any flavor, but will be back to try other flavors. ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE MARACUYÁ SAUCE❤️

  Made me feel like I was in Dominican Republic. The sandwiches were spot on. I had the chimi de pollo and it was delicious. The natural juices were also amazing. The ice cream was good but obviously not like they one you get from the motherland. BUT, the Mermelada de Guayaba, OMG!, AMAZING! I want a whole bottle to take home.

  This place has a lot to offer....sandwiches, smoothies, hot teas, milkshakes, natural juices, desserts, slushees. The ice cream is good but not the authentic Helados Bone like you’ll get in the Dominican Republic. This place is very clean and the service is good too. You do have to wait because it’s only a mother and her daughter working so service is a bit slow.

  I was excited to finally come to Helados Bone. Unfortunately, the older lady that greeted me had a very bad attitude. I felt like she got upset because I ordered a sandwich around 8:20pm. ( maybe the equipment was cleaned and she was ready to go home because according to her they only had slice bread and the cold cuts I wanted were sold out for the day)... I don’t usually waste my time leaving reviews. If I don’t like the business or service I just don’t return but their customer service was beyond horrible. I didn’t even bother getting ice cream because they only give ONE sample. I hope their customer service skills improve so that they don’t continue to loss customers.

  Helado Bone - YES ITS EXACTLY WHAT YOU THINK IT IS. I visited for the Grand opening of the business and the texture of the ice cream is to die for literally identical to DR 🇩🇴 and THE PRICES!!!!!! GIRLLLLLL absolutely affordable! Not sure of the exact price because we ( five people) got two scoops of different flavors in both waffle and in disposable cups and it came out to $20! A STEAL! An Five Star experience and five star service! The employees are very helpful and kind. Taste testing is available here and friendly.
