  Very friendly, professionally, family run business. Had a problem with an FTD order, they were very eager and professionally ready to solve the problem. Highly Recommend this flower shop.

  I ordered a dozen red roses for my significant other just a few days away from Valentine's Day. The woman over the phone was extremely polite, considerate and professional. Of course, as to be expected, the prices were slightly higher for the holiday, but I was genuinely pleased with the results! The flowers were arranged beautifully in a gorgeous vase, and I even included a few extras that really pleased my love. Definitely recommended this place to many other friends and if you want fast delivery and beautiful flowers, this is the place.

  I ordered my bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquet 3 boutonniere and 2 corsage! ! First let me make it clear that we were working with orchids so I knew it wasn't going to be cheap so I wasn't expecting a cheap job back, anyway I gave the owner a picture of what I wanted for my bouquet showed her EXACTLY what I wanted for my bridesmaids, when I went to pick up the flowers I literally cried on my way home. The roses on my bouquet were dull the orchids were all falling, it had a lot of leaves when the original one didn't had anything, the stem was super long, i wasn't expecting the exact same thing as the picture but at least something close to it, the bridesmaids bouquet was ssupposed to have 2 pink roses and a lot of baby breath making it look like a bouquet, she had 2 small roses a little baby breath and a huge leave with the cheapest ribbon idk the name of the material but it looked like it was straight for a funeral not for a wedding, the boutonniere were ok.... not what i wanted but OK a little baby breath almost none but I guess that's what u get for $12 or so,... my sister went back and asked them if they could do something about it but the owner said no, all she could do was cut the stems, it was really depressing that the day of my wedding I was crying over my ugly flowers , I paid for something I could've done, since everything seemed to just be put together with some Walmart flowers, ..... I really don't recommend this place and if you go make sure u tell them exactly what you want although she might end up doing whatever she wants just like she did with me....

  Both my son and I each ordered flowers for his wife to be delivered at the hospital to celebrate the birth of their twins. I called Casa Blanca Flowers in El Paso, TX & ordered a Teleflora bouquet first thing this morning and was assured they'd be delivered today before 3pm. I gave them 2 phone #s for me as well as my son's cell # there in El Paso -no call ever came; I was notified this evening neither arrangement ever showed up. The hospital checked twice for them. My son paid extra to assure that he would have earlier delivery. They are closed and neither of their phones numbers is answered, there is no email address and they are closed tomorrow. Their website advertises 24 hour customer service 7 days a week-this is not true. No refund or apology can fix this situation, his wife is being discharged tomorrow (Sunday). There is no excuse for not delivering our orders or calling if there was a problem.

  The flowers were rotten and really expensive. I paid extra and came two days before to order fresh flowers and they sold me crap.
