  Alex went above and beyond quality customer service. He worked extremely hard on my specific requirements. Even though my specific vehicle wasn't on hand, he never stopped searching. A quality salesman.

  If I could rate this place as a no star. I would. They rig my car. Had to get my car fix only to have to keep comingeack for the same issues. They fixed my car and rigged it perfectly so I could come back and ND repair it when my warranty expired so they can get more money out if me. Don't go to their service place. They will fool you into paying more money.

  A few years ago I was in the market for a new car and found what I wanted in an ad by another dealership. I was familiar with Casa Ford and hoped they could deal with me. I was pleased to be helped by Ventura Pena who made sure their deal would be as good as the one advertised. Not only was the deal good, I felt like I was treated very well and appreciated as a customer. Recently I was looking for a new car and found that the Ford Focus had all I was looking for and I went to Casa Ford and asked if I could be helped by Mr. Pena again. He genuinely remembered me and I found him to be as knowledgeable and interested in serving my needs as he was years before. He understood why I wanted a specific car and its accessories and did not try to sell me some form of runner-up when my needs could not be filled by their inventory. Of course he offered factory special order service but he believed he could help me with other dealership tools to get the car I wanted as soon as possible. The next day, he had my permission to secure the vehicle I wanted from a dealership in another state. Because of his experience and extensive relationships in the business, he was able to deliver my car in just a couple of days and all this was done within a couple of days of the Christmas holiday! Of course I was impressed. Mr. Pena didn't waste his breath making promises, he did all he could and the result was exceptional customer service. I hope he realized job satisfaction on the same level as I was satisfied by his professionalism. There can be no doubt as to where I will be going and who I will ask to deal with next time I need a new Casa Ford.
