  Caveat Emptor: JR Cigars online engages in bait & switch tactics. Advertises free accessories to various cigars such as lighters, cutters, etc. Yet what you get is sometimes a totally different color or cheaper plastic version. Upon complaining, was asked to provide picture of offer. When I did they said "the manufacturer no longer offers that version". So why did they continue using the picture of a discontinued product?

  Cigars stored in open bins, many are dry as a rock. Staff unwilling to open a fresh box to sell me a single stick - JR Ultimates are their flagship brand. Unbelievable.

  Great place to buy some Smokey treats in our Nation's Capital! It was some months ago that I visited their establishment, but I remember well how courteous and helpful the staff there was in helping me select some cigars. Huge selection of tobacco and accessories, pipes, pipe tobacco and that hookah stuff as well. If I were to be in town again, then I would definitely return.

  Good selection of cigars, everything is nicely laid out. If you like non Cubans, this place is for you. Also sells a decent range of cigar accesories like cutters, punchers, lighters, carry boxes. But despite the active humidification i seem to have purchased some really dry cigars. In addition, the salesperson mistook spotty white mold for plume, and plume is hard to develop in a shop environment like that.
