  This place has the worst customer service. When trying to get answers about your bill and the breakdown of the cost they do not provide detailed information. On top of that, the billing manager speaks with an attitude and doesn’t care how she speaks to you. Don’t plan on going back. Even if they are in your network, find another practice to go to. Won’t be worth your time.

  Dr Juneja is the best diagnostic doctor I have ever seen. Provide clear and accurate information and treatment with no prescription medication unless absolutely called for. Very friendly, happy and a great listener. He replaced Dr Fred Oliver, a highly respected doctor in CARY for many years. I highly recommend Dr. Juneja without reservation. He is the best.

  The staff and doctors treat you like family. They take all the tome needed to understand your health needs and address them. I am super happy with my experience there and plan to be a long term patient. - Jim

  I have been seeing Dr. Juneja at this office for several years. During this Covid 19 times, I expected proper mask usage by him. During my annual check up last week he consistently handled his mask and often allowed it to fall beneath his nose. Once he pulled it below his mouth and at that point I told him I was very uncomfortable with his use of the mask and asked him to cover both his nose and his mouth, which he did.

  Courteous staff and good doc. I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years, and was always seen on the scheduled time. Doc was very knowledgeable and thorough. Provided some helpful ideas and suggestions for maintaining good general health. Highly recommended.
