  Thank u for the beautiful cake for my sons 5th birthday. Excellent service from start to finish. So many conpliments and my son wss so happy. Best experience working with any carvel and I have used several for cakes throughout the years. The woman who took my order was kind and patient and texted images with me until I was happy with the cake. Never once complained.

  Nice kids working @ this carvel. All the other Carvels have 3 -3.5, I told em ask the owner for a raise.

  Friendly employees but kind of expensive. Always busy yet moves quickly. Just have to deal with annoying customers next to you sometimes...

  Great service. A child making lots of choices and a dad who was tired and grumpy both left cheered because of kind, patient and friendly service.

  Love that when you get ice cream in a cone or cup you can sit there and eat it without having to hurry up and get back home before it melts
