  This is my local Carvel, and I will no longer go back. The store on the inside smells like raw sewage, and the person the wrote on my birthday cake claimed that the writing would show up after an short amount of time, sadly it didn't. And she didn't have a clue as to how long the cake has to be left out before serving.

  Bought a cake. Asked for a knife and spoons. He said no. So i asked for a knife because this cake is being cut at a workplace (we dont have these items). The person said he could give me one spoon.... how can I cut a cake with a plastic spoon. Thanks for nothing.

  Nice lady boss ，pretty cake decoration ，very easy to parking and cheaper price then the other Carvel I know ,the girls working hard and politely，I will be back again。

  9 people waiting, 3 employees only 1 young blonde girl actually working. Manager and one employee doing NOTHING. Sad that the franchise doesn't care about the Carvel reputation.
