::If I could give this place no stars I would. I've been there so many times because I live close by and I've bought my dog in many times with me but tonight an older woman caught an attitude with me when I tried to purchase a soft serve ice cream cone with my dog on her leash. She proceeded to talk about how I could not have my dog in here and I needed to leave as she sucked her teeth and did rude hand gestures. I will never go back there, they have lost a customer thanks to one woman's lack of customer service.

::Today the staff at Carvel at 3442 E Tremont made my day ! My son loves Thomas The Train ! My husband and I were on the search for a custom made Thomas and Friends cake. We had no luck ,however we called this location and they went above and beyond. They made my cake in twenty minutes to meet the desire of my son . He wanted to celebrate with a Thomas And Friends cake.. They made it there business to put a smile on his face! Thanks a million!
