  Got to the store at 9:30 and they said they’re closed. Don’t believe the schedule online the workers make their own schedule.

  Staff is not welcoming. The ice cream did not taste like carvel ice cream. The taste of the ice cream is dull.

  Worst customer service ever! Never coming back. The guy with tattoos that works there threats you like garbage.

  Taste ok. I don't see what the big deal is. Maybe I'm used to eating real food. Furthermore the little milk they use is pasteurized = death. You want more Chemicals than real food, come here.
