  Drove here from Vancouver and arrived at 6pm and online said they were open till 7 and the ladies told me they were actually closed at 6 and wouldn’t let me shop. The First Lady that greeted me told me I could quickly then the second lady assuming the manager told me no. Very rude and really disappointed in the customer service. It would have taken me 5 min to get what I needed.

  This is by far the best carter's I've been to, the customer service is great, they're constantly restocking everything. One lady is especially helpful and friendly and just makes shopping there more fun, I think she's the manager and she's doing and excellent job.

  They do have cute clothes but can be a little pricey
