  Came in today to look into buying myself a newer car. I had a good idea of what I wanted and looked around for a little while and it turned out they had just the white Chevy Cruze I was looking for. Madeline made the entire process super easy and pleasurable. A++

  Had a wonderful experience here. They were able to get me into a car the day of. Friendly staff and very good atmosphere. Diana was wonderful to work with and I'm thankful for all her help!

  I bought my car about a month ago. The nice guy on the radio isn’t as pleasant as you’d think in person. If you go to his desk he acts very bothered. After sitting in the dealership for 8 hours, you’d think he would come and see how you were doing? Instead of you having to walk up to his desk to get proper information/explanations of what is going on rather than him tell his employees to come back and say to you. Luckily the girl that sold me my car had an awesome attitude and dealt with it. But, he is doing all of the finance, so he should be able to come and explain it to his customer, right? Horrible customer service. Carsmart reported on paperwork that they paid off what I owed on my trade in. They did not pay the full dollar amount. I have been paying 2 car payments for a month now. Just very unprofessional I do not recommend to anyone. Go to a legit dealership and deal with a friendly professional who wants to get you in the car of your dreams and appreciates your business.

  Giving them 1 star for the fact that they are dishonest and not straight forward. I submitted an application for a car, got a phone call the same day saying I am approved and all I need to bring is my paycheck stubs and drivers license. The next day, I drove there (30 minute drive) only to find out I am actually not approved, and would need a co-signer. So, I got a co-signer and submitted the paperwork. I sat there for over an hour waiting for them to tell me if it was approved or not. Came back NOT able to approve unless I put $2000 down. They ran my credit report to 20 different lenders and lowered my credit score by almost 30 points!!!! So the next dealership I went to informed me of this, and now my credit score was just below what I needed to get approved without a down payment. Got a car from the other car lot with no hassle or issues, even though CarSmart caused my credit score to be lowered. All of this was because they were not straight forward or honest with me from the beginning. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM IF THEY TELL YOU YOU’RE APPROVED. However, on a positive note, the sales associate Maddy was very nice and accommodating. -And I DO make the amount I quoted over the phone when I got “approved”, and provided pay stubs showing this. Glad I didn’t get a car here, I got a great car at a great price at a different location. I would recommend going elsewhere!

  I came in with an old minivan and 5 kids and left with a 2017 Journey, great payments and still 5 kids (turns out they don't take kids for trade 🤷‍♀️) I didn't have ideal credit, my minivan had seen better days and I have a single income but they got me into a car after looking hard to find a bank willing to take a chance! Diana was patient with me and my kids and great to work with! I can't forget to mention that they had water, snacks and a movie theater to keep the kids entertained while we made the deal. Thank you Diana and CarSmart for getting us into something newer, safer and something we fit in!
