I've been eating here since I was a child. It's a family tradition. So delicious EVERY time!

Carshon's is a place I've been going my entire life. They have a fantastic Reuben and their Franks are to die for. Basically, if you're looking for an authentic Delicatessen experience in Fort Worth, look no further.

Lived near here during my youth, but never ate here. Finally got to get a bite. I had a corned beef sandwich. The Russian dressing, cucumber salad, and rye are excellent! Would have loved the beef to be cut just a little thicker and with a tiny dash of salt, but it was good. Their hot dogs are gigantic and very good. Service was great. Staff was super friendly and exemplified a family-owned dining experience. I just got back from CLE two weeks ago and ate some of the best corned beef in the country from various restaurants in the city. Carshon's definitely will scratch that delicatessen itch for me until I can travel to Ohio again. As others have noted, it is cash only. Luckily, I had some on me that day. We got there early. As we were leaving the lunch crowd was growing rapidly.

One of my favorite sandwich shops. I feel like I'm eating the best of ingredients. My favorite is the Rebecca sandwich with that nice slab of creamed cheese in the middle. There is a brief list of beer and wine. But you gotta save your calories for the pie of the day. The chocolate pie and the butterscotch pie (my favorite) make you wanna kiss your grandma. Seriously, the butterscotch pie. Put it in your pie hole now!
