  HORRIBLE!!! You will get audit!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR TAX SERVICES!!! They won't even help you fix a problem that THEY made!!! I don't see what is so hard to add 2 numbers together. I got audit because the " tax preper "did not include my 1099 income to my W-2 income. These " tax prepers " are a big joke!!! Never apologized for the mistake and couldn't even figure out where they messed up at until I told them. Carmen Carrillo is the owner and she constantly gave me the run around. And on top of that she wanted to " correct their mistake " by having me lie on my 1099 saying I paid out of pocket for things so I wouldn't have to owe at all and bring my balance to zero.I couldn't believe my ears, not only did she want me to lie but like I told her, where are they going to get those receipts for proof? I'm not going to get audited more for lying knowing damn well sooner or later they are going to ask for them to see if it matches up with whatever she put on the amended return!!! She charged me for a copy of my 2014 return when her staff didn't even give me a copy when I filled that year. $25 was what I had to pay on top of the money I owed PLUS INTEREST!!! I was furious, and come to find out they also over charge you on the " preparation fee. " ( I didn't know this till I finally reviewed my 2014 filings. (They say all I had to pay was $60 and that was it... Pff yeah right, that's not what my preparation invoice says) If this is how you run your business I don't see you doing much more " business " anytime soon. It's no wonder they closed their E. Crossrimber's office in Houston. These people are not knowledgeable at all in taxes services. Take your chances if you want the IRS sending you a bill for taxes owed. I wouldn't even give them a star but unfortunately that's not an option. I already put a notice with the BBB.
