  The people here did awesome! I sent a request to get flowers delivered for a woman I'm dating in White Plains NY, and without going into too much detail, they made her happy with the flower arrangements I ordered. Top notch service! Keep up the good work!

  I had a urgent need for flowers first thing in the morning, today, Monday March 12th, 2018 to send to a client on behalf of my boss. John the owner personally called me back before he even opened the shop (so amazing) and said he would be able to do it, needless to say I was thrilled. John then followed up with me to let me know it was out for delivery! How many people do you know that follow up for a business delivery!! And all of this was before 10 am, best start to my day ever thanks to John! John was kind, patient and incredibly easy to work with. If I lived it the area I would use John and Carriage House Flowers for all of my flower deliveries. It was a pleasure to work with John, I can't thank him enough for everything!! He's one in a million! Just to add to this review. I just hung up with the Assistant to the person who I ordered the flowers for. She told me that as she was walking back to her boss's office with them people were stopping her and saying how stunningly gorgeous they were. So I add this note to say thank you again to John and his entire staff for pulling off a miracle and making it an amazing one. Thank you all again!

  I ordered flowers and chocolates on 2/13/18 over the phone with a guy named John. I specifically asked for a small bouquet of red roses and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my sister at SUNY Purchase. We agreed over the phone that the price would be a total of $100. Not only did they over-charge my credit card ($119.61), they didn't deliver any chocolates to my sister the day they delivered the flowers. I called back the next day and spoke to John and told him that no chocolates were delivered. John said no problem we will get some out to her today. NO CHOCOLATES HAVE EVER BEEN DELIVERED. I feel scammed. These people need to handle business better and do what they say they're going to do. I won't use these people ever again and you should find another flower shop in the area if you want honest good service. I hope they read this

  Beautiful Arrangement - Very pleasant and friendly staff. I ordered a Christmas centerpiece for family in White Plains and they sent just what I wanted and were so kind and helpful even though it was a relatively last minute order. So pleased with the arrangement and service!

  I had an emergency situation and called just as the shop was closing. I needed flowers to go out that evening. John took care of me and said not to worry, he'd reopen and get the flowers arranged and delivered immediately! Indeed he did. The recipient family expressed their gratitude the next morning. Highly recommend!!
