  Never again will I do my taxes with Carols Enterprise. I had my taxes prepared by the most unprofessional man who claims he was a registered accountant, needless to say, they are not legit and have many investigations currently pending due to fraudulent activities. I was told to sign a paper so that I could receive my check within 3 days, after paying him $60 cash that day. Come to find out 2 months later, after not receiving my check, that it was going straight into Carols Enterprise Chase Bank account. The paper I was told to sign was actually giving him permission to have my check deposited directly into his account. After receiving my check he took $1500 out from what the IRS originally gave me and made claims that Chase Bank took that money for the "rapid refund" Carols Enterprise is a scam. If you have ever had your taxes prepared there, please make sure that you weren't scammed as well. This is completely unacceptable!
