::I drove over 500 miles to shop at Carmens and it was worth every mile. I wear a street size 12 which is nearly impossible to fit in dance shoes. We workes with Nia to find something that worked. They had 14 pairs in my size and I had to narrow down what I was actually going to take home, a totally new experience for me. Nia was knowledgable about the shoes and their fit, what they had in stock, and what could be ordered. She made great recommendations. Nia deserves a cape so everyone knows what a hero she is. Knowing what fits now, I know I'll be ordering again through their website.

::Incredible customer service! I phoned Carmens Dance Shoes to ask if they sold character shoes with rubber soles. Selena informed me that they did not carry that particular type of shoe. For most places, that would mean end of conversation. BUT Selena/Carmens Dance Shoes is not such a place! Selena made several calls for me to help not only to find a place that could accommodate such a request, but also checked which one had the best price. THANK YOU! I am extremely grateful for your help!

::I drove a bit out of my way to go to their store because they sounded so nice when I spoke to them on the phone. My daughter, for whom I was buying the shoes, fell asleep in the car just as we arrived. They let me take shoes out to the car to try them on her, without even paying for a pair first! When I first arrived, three different people came out of the back of the store to help me. Great customer service, and a wide selection of merchandise. Highly recommend them!
