  I use to live right around the corner from this place and went there at least once a week. Then I moved about two miles away and started going there mainly in the summer on my bike. The sandwiches are good but the service has declined in my opinion. I have gone there multiple times recently and they've been out of ingredients to make certain sandwiches. I was just there today at about fifteen minutes until close and the guy said, "I've already cleaned up...no more deli sandwiches today." At 5:45pm. The door says the store hours are until 6pm...not 5:45pm. If a customer comes in and wants a sandwich while you are open, then you make them a sandwich. You clean up once you close. At least that's the way I understand things to work. Carmella's lost a customer today. I will not be back.

  Great prices and fresh sliced meats like prosciutto,mortadello and various cheeses. Have taken duck prosiutto here to get think sliced and they didn't even want to charge - friendly, experienced in cutting deli meats and would recommend.
