  It was my first visit to Carmax. I took my 2011 Toyota truck and they gave me a great offer in 30 minutes that is good for 7 days. Went back next day and sold the truck. I waited for about 40 minutes for business office to process for paperwork as it was Friday afternoon and multiple people were there. Once they were done with their end, it was easy and quick. They gave me a bank draft that you have to deposit and copies of paperwork I signed. Great experience!

  Will never buy from a car lot again. Amazing experience. Got to pick my car, my price and no high pressured sales. The sales force gets paid the same amount for selling a car, no matter the price. Great job Chris Morris, we will buy from you in future. Smooth process, very thankful.

  In 45 years of selling and buying cars it was my best experience ever. We sold two cars when we moved to Ecuador last September and accomplished it in less than two hours. As we unexpectedly had to return from Ecuador in April, we found a car on-line that we wanted before leaving Ecuador, CarMax shipped it to Fort Worth from Oklahoma for free, and when we arrived back in the states the car was waiting for us. The purchase was completed within one hour. Very professional, very pleasant , Highest rating for Aqua who assisted us and maintained contact with us all along the way.

  This was a fantastic experience! I worked with Jordan who was great, and I really enjoyed not having to haggle over prices. The price in the window is the price that you pay to walk out the door. All the taxes, title & tag fees are wrapped into that. All the vehicles that I checked out were immaculately kept. They were detailed well and there was no visible signs of having any prior owners in cars with 20-30k miles. Once I chose my vehicle it was about an hour before I was in it and on my way home. My only complaint is they didn't let me keep the bow...

  My experience in buying a car and then having repairs done could not have gone more smoothly. Bill sold us the car - the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. No hassle, quick and easy, and I have a beautiful car that drives like it's new. Took it in to get a few little things fixed - it was transported from Virginia, and got a little chip in the windshield. Greg, in service was attentive and efficient. I made an appointment for 7:30am. The doors opened at exactly 7:30, and the service department was ready to help. Greg kept us informed on the status of the repairs, and they were completed sooner than expected.
