  Walked into this establishment 3 times. Neither one was a good experience. The first time was 2 years ago, after I pay for my food I was asked for a tip. I couldn't believe it. So now earlier this week I say okay let me give them another try, walk in the lady behind the counter is cleaning okay no problem then 2 to 3 minutes later of me standing there she finally addresses me I place my order she then says we're closed. Im confused It's 2pm and your hours say you're open until 3pm or she couldve just said that when i walked in... so I just leave. And now today, I go in at 1 pm try to place a order im told by a gentleman the kitchen is closed she's not making anything else she has something she has to do, blah blah. This is just a sign that this place isn't for me and to not even waste my time with such a terrible run business.

  Would rate higher if they actually had bagels 1 hour before their closing time... (you do have the word BAGEL in your name).. Also lady at the counter looked annoyed to acknowledge me at first... Highly recommend management to meet supply and demand if they want more revenue for their business.
