  there's absolutely no reason for only one person to be managing the front and drive through. Hopefully no one was rude to this poor girl, she was trying her best. Where is the store manager at?

  I usually eat at Carl's Jr but this place was awful. Customer service and employees were the worst. They do not care and if it was up to them they would close the business down. I mean they get paid to work there but they really hate working there. I mean at least try. Employees were awful hopefully they hire people that actually need a job.
