  Do yourself a favor!!! - SKIP this place and go one block up to New Paul's Shoe! (Have been getting shoes cleaned/repaired for 4 yrs in this neighborhood). -dishonest -late -must have Spanish fluency to communicate properly Luckily, having lived in Cuba and Ecuador for 2 yrs, I am fluent in Spanish. If you don't speak Spanish, good luck! But beyond that, I've noticed over the years they always recommend things just to make a quick buck, but what they say promise/recommend never comes to fruition. Their repairs break down after a couple weeks, when they give timelines of a yr+. They often are late on their orders, too. After yrs of frustration, tried New Pauls... much better repairs, cleans, and best part - they are HONEST!

  I love this place! They always do an amazing job and the guys are really friendly. Prices are not bad, too
