  Carlos Bakery is the BEST!!! Every time I'm in there the cakes are FRESH!!! and delicious. I ordered multiple birthday cakes and they were always Fresh and tasty!!! NEVER A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!! ANY ONE WITH A COMPLAINT ITS A LIAR!!!!!!!

  Got a cake today.. cake is not bad, good looking cake and it tasted fresh. Read some of his reviews and a lot said their product was dry. I didn't experience that today. It could be that we special ordered my daughter's cake. For a small cake 35 dollars was crazy. We are paying for his name on the outside. Reduce your prices and youll have better chance of surviving in westbury. There's too many loyal customers to the neighborhood bakeries. Your prices are way to high. Your a great guy on tv sir but please be smart aboit what your charging in what neighborhood. Example: Your boxes I'm sure your paying a ton for. Give us less expensive boxes and cut your prices By that much.

  I came all the way from Holyoke, Ma. All of the pastries were dry. In this strawberry cake I found a spider . The strawberries were not good. I spent $65 dollars and it was not worth it. I had to throw away everything. I do not recommend going to this one. A friend told me that the one in New Jersey is way better.

  Going downhill quickly. Pastries are dry and get smaller every time you go there. Last time I bought apple turners, they did not have any icing. I was told they ran out. Buddy should visit this location...definitely not up to Carlos' Bakery standards!!!!!
