  These guys have it all. Darren the owner grew up in the shop. He knows bikes!! Eric is always up front able to ask questions on bikes and accessories. Great guy (triathlete) who enjoys his job. Leading an amazing service team is Brian. As one of long islands fastest road and mountain bikers he understands how important good maintenance is and like the other guys, he will drip his wrench to assist with any technical or equipment questions. From Kids bikes and training wheels to the best racing bikes available they have it or can get it. I’ve been driving from Babylon to middle island for years for their level of service Thx guys

  I am having a bike shipped here from out of state, they have gone out of there way to keep me up to date on its arrival. Just nice overall customer service and doing more then they have to.

  Carl Hart is amazing and the Best Bike store on Long island thanks to Darren and his wonderful staff of professionals -= they really went out of there way to help find a bike for my friends son -amazing racing bikes as well as all bikes for the family- Thank you Carl Hart We really Appreciate It Christian Nielsen and Cathy Miller
