::The Caribou in the US Bank Building was as cold as the turtle mocha dark cooler I purchased. Never again will I step a foot in that place. I should have ask for my money back.

::Very quick staff, got my coffee right away. I was sitting outside of the location on my laptop and one of the workers (Zak) came out and asked me if there was anything he could get me water, or anything else. Great service.
