  HORRIBLE!! I went in for a routine fill in, just at the two week mark. The nail technician kept complaining that there was too much air, (not water) under the nail and it's going to be hard, etc. She complained so much that I said, listen just take the tips off. She mutilated the new growth of nail, to the point that there was nothing left! I told her to cut them off, then I left, totally disgusted & dissatisfied. Never again!!

  Linda the store Manager is the best....She never disappoints....She's very talented and such a perfectionist...she's been doing my nails for over 6 yrs now
